Hyundai Motor America, in collaboration with local Hyundai Colorado dealers, contributed $150,000 to Children's Hospital Colorado. This substantial donation, part of the 2024 Alice 105.9's (KALC-FM) annual Alice Cares for Kids Radiothon™, will benefit the hospital's patient care, research and advocacy efforts.
"Hyundai is proud to once again come together with the Colorado Hyundai Dealers to show support for an important cause -- the health and wellbeing of our children," said John Angevine, general manager, Mountain States region, Hyundai Motor America. "Children's Hospital Colorado is a remarkable institution whose work saves lives by delivering high-quality patient care to people in need."
Children's Hospital Colorado is the only nonprofit pediatric center in a seven-state region. It extends its services to more than 300,000 children annually, encompassing a vast area from rural to metropolitan regions. The hospital is renowned for providing expert pediatric care, particularly when children face significant health challenges.
The contribution from Hyundai Motor America and its dealers will enhance the hospital's capabilities in offering cutting-edge patient care and conducting vital research.
