Caliber Collision Expands Use of CCC ONE Platform

The largest collision repair MSO in the U.S. added Diagnostics Workflow and Build Sheets to the estimating solutions it employs on the CCC ONE platform.

Caliber Collision, the largest auto collision repair provider in the U.S., has extended its partnership with CCC Intelligent Solutions to enhance repair planning and operational efficiency through the CCC ONE® platform. The renewal includes the adoption of CCC® Diagnostics Workflow and CCC® Build Sheets across Caliber’s network of more than 1,800 locations.

The agreement marks a continuation of a long-standing relationship between the two companies. Caliber began using CCC ONE when it operated just 100 shops and has scaled its use of the platform in step with its nationwide expansion to 41 states.

The integration of CCC Diagnostics Workflow and Build Sheets will further streamline Caliber’s operations by facilitating more accurate and efficient repair planning.
