In a show of support for the Collision Industry Foundation (CIF), LKQ Corporation and BASF have once again committed to the foundation's Annual Donor Program, to aid those in the collision repair industry affected by catastrophic events.
LKQ signed on again at the "first responder" tier, the highest level of support, while BASF signed on at the "urgent care" tier, the second highest level. Both are participating for the third consecutive year.
The CIF Annual Donor Program, launched in 2021, aims to secure recurring funding to enable the foundation to effectively respond to the needs of industry professionals during disasters such as wildfires, hurricanes, floods and pandemics. The program's success is pivotal in ensuring that the CIF can continue its mission to "Answer the Call" in times of need.
For more than two decades, CIF has been at the forefront of providing essential support to hundreds of collision repair professionals facing hardships due to disasters. The organization's efforts have been made possible through the generous contributions of corporations and individuals alike. LKQ and BASF's continued participation in the Annual Donor Program is a testament to the companies' commitment to the well-being of those within the industry.
CIF expressed its gratitude for LKQ and BASF's support, which will enable CIF to continue its work for disaster relief assistance. CIF encourages other corporations and individuals to follow in those companies' footsteps by becoming annual donors.
