The Ed Morse Automotive Group announced its acquisition of seven dealerships from the Lawley Automotive Group in Sierra Vista, AZ, marking the company's entry into the Arizona market. The acquisition was facilitated by the Dave Cantin Group.
The acquired dealerships include a diverse range of brands including Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia and Nissan. Located in key areas of Sierra Vista, these dealership will serve the local community with a broad spectrum of automotive needs, from new and used car sales to service and parts.
This acquisition is not just an expansion of Ed Morse Automotive Group's geographic footprint; it represents a significant growth in its operational scale. With these new additions, the company now boasts 55 dealership locations, encompassing 111 automotive, motorcycle and marine franchises across eight states, and employs more than 2,500 individuals.
