Fix Auto USA announced the opening of Fix Auto Norterra in Phoenix, AZ, marking the second location for owners Ron and Lynn Werner since joining the network in 2018.
The couple, who also own Fix Auto Deer Valley, celebrated the new facility’s grand opening in April with an event that drew more than 70 guests. Attendees enjoyed lunch from Mark’s Best BBQ, classic car displays, a hole-in-one golf challenge and raffle prizes, including a Bronco rock speaker and a fire pit. Local vendor support included representatives from Dealership and AutoNation Parts.
The new location is outfitted with state-of-the-art collision repair technology, including a Car-O-Liner system, a Hunter alignment rack with ADAS calibration capabilities, two Garmat paint booths and a climate-controlled work environment. The facility is designed to handle all vehicle types, including oversized models.
“It has been an incredible journey growing our business within the Fix Auto USA network,” said Lynn Werner. “We’ve been able to build a team that is committed to delivering top-notch service and quality repairs. We’re excited to expand our presence in Phoenix and continue to serve our community.”
Fix Auto Norterra is already earning strong customer reviews, holding a 5.0 Google Star rating. The team also plans to pursue additional certifications to expand its service offerings and technical capabilities.
“We are thrilled to see Ron, Lynn and their team open a second location,” said Damien Reyna, COO, U.S. Collision. “Their commitment to quality and customer service has already made a positive impact at Fix Auto Deer Valley, and we are excited to see them bring that same dedication to Fix Auto Norterra.”
