Fix Network's NOVUS Glass and ProColor Collision franchisees gathered in Denver, CO, for their annual U.S. Brand Meetings, designed to foster business growth and strengthen supplier relationships. The event, held Oct. 9-12, provided a unique opportunity for franchisees, home office teams and key suppliers to collaborate on industry-specific challenges and future opportunities.
Under the theme "All Systems Go," the meetings featured a variety of sessions tailored to each brand’s needs. Presentations from Fix Network's support teams were followed by supplier “speed dating” sessions, where franchisees and suppliers met in small groups to discuss future needs and develop stronger personal relationships. These interactive discussions provided invaluable insight into the evolving needs of the automotive aftermarket industry.
“The NOVUS Glass and ProColor Collision brand meetings were an important opportunity for franchisees, support staff and key suppliers to gather together to review current business standings and discuss current and planned actions to help franchisees across the network continue to grow their businesses,” said Scott Bridges, senior vice president of Fix Network USA. “Meeting in person and working together allows attendees to focus on their businesses instead of in their businesses. Taking time to explore the long view and Fix Network’s offerings focused on ongoing success was time well spent for everyone.”
The highlight of the event was the President’s Circle Awards Dinner, held Oct. 10, which recognized top-performing franchisees from both brands. Winners were celebrated for their exceptional business growth and customer satisfaction and will enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip to Los Cabos, Mexico, in early 2025.
