Patriot Chevrolet GMC in Ardmore, OK, was recently sold by Tatton Manning of Patriot Auto Group to Jeremy Hodge, according to Performance Brokerage Services.
The dealership will be renamed Jeremy Hodge Chevrolet GMC, and will remain at 1540 N. Rockford Road in Ardmore.
Patriot Auto Group was founded in 2014 by Manning. Following his honorable discharge from the military, Manning earned a master's degree in business from Oklahoma State University. He had a dream of owning a dealership, and under his leadership, has grown Patriot Auto Group into a network of seven dealerships across Oklahoma. The auto group supports more than 250 community and charitable events each year, and in 2019, launched the Student of the Year program, which awards a new car to a student recognized for their community service and academic excellence.
Hodge grew up in Idabel, OK, where his grandfather, James Hodge, owned the local Ford dealership. It was there that Hodge developed his passion for the car business, gaining experience in every department of the dealership. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he earned a bachelor of business administration in marketing in 2004. He then returned to Ardmore, where he served as sales manager and general manager at Toyota of Ardmore. In 2013, he purchased the dealership, which has consistently earned Toyota's prestigious President's Award for the past decade. Hodge now oversees four dealership locations in Sallisaw and Ardmore.
Paul Kechnie, senior partner, Eric Scott, partner, and Adam Scott, partner, of the Texas & Midwest Office for Performance Brokerage Services, were the exclusive sell-side advisors for this transaction.
