Joe Hudson’s Collision Center has expanded its footprint with the acquisition of four new locations in Mississippi, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
The newly acquired shops include Millennium Paint & Body in Horn Lake, MS; Lindley’s Auto Body in McAlester, OK; Golden Collision in Little Rock, AR; and Hourglass Collision in Tulsa, OK. With this expansion, Joe Hudson’s Collision Center now operates six locations in Oklahoma, nine in Mississippi, and 12 in Arkansas.
“We’re excited about the significant progress we’re making toward our 2024 growth target,” said Brant Wilson, CEO of Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. “Each new location represents a value-accretive step forward for our company. This growth is a testament to our commitment to enhancing our market presence and delivering exceptional service.”
“Acquiring well-run, high-quality locations makes integrating them into the Joe Hudson’s family notably smoother,” said Cameron Dickson, Joe Hudson’s COO. “When these new shops are located within or adjacent to our existing footprint, it enhances our ability to support them effectively both during integration and beyond.”
“Central to our acquisition and integration strategy is the focus on retaining the exceptional skills and experience of the technicians and office staff from the acquired locations,” said Wendy Patrick, chief administrative officer. “We recognize that their expertise is crucial to our success and to maintaining high standards of service for our customers. Our commitment extends to equipping them with the support and resources needed to excel as part of the Joe Hudson’s team, ensuring a culture of growth and excellence throughout our expanding network.”
