The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) announced an extensive lineup for its 2025 Annual Conference, set to take place May 5-7 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area in Florida.
With a theme of "Create Your Own Magic," the event will highlight industry innovation, leadership development and professional networking tailored for women in the collision repair sector.
“This year’s conference is focused on how the women in our industry create magic every day in their roles,” said WIN Conference Chair Blair Womble. “We have attendees that have carved out their own place in the industry through entrepreneurship, body techs and painters that are truly artisans, and women that influence through a creative approach to problem-solving.”
Industry Experts and Keynote Speakers
The conference will offer a range of sessions, including:
• The Disney Approach to Quality Service: Alex Martinez, senior facilitator at Disney Institute, will discuss how exceptional customer service stems from aligning people, place and process with a singular purpose.
• Unapologetically Driven: Sabrina Thring, collision group president at Driven Brands, will share her experiences navigating the male-dominated industry and driving business transformation.
• Becoming AI-Empowered: Tech founder and innovation expert Julie Holmes will guide attendees on leveraging artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and business growth.
• Collision Repair: The Past, Present and Future: Jamie Shackleford, senior director of sales and enablement at Caliber Holdings, will explore the evolving landscape of collision repair, including rising vehicle complexity and workforce challenges.
• All-Star Industry Panel: Experts from top OE partners will discuss repair requirement differentiation and First Notice of Loss in collision repair.
Specialized Breakout Sessions
The conference will also feature targeted breakout sessions on cutting-edge topics such as ADAS calibration, virtual reality training and personal branding.
• ADAS Calibration: Aubrey Dahl of asTech will lead a hands-on session on best practices and OEM requirements for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems calibration.
• Virtual Reality in Training: I-CAR’s Mike Mertes will demonstrate how VR technology is transforming learning in collision repair.
• Personal Branding: Executive coach Candace Wachter will provide insights on how professionals can refine their personal brand to enhance credibility and career advancement.
Recognizing Industry Leaders and Giving Back
In addition to its professional development programs, the conference will honor the WIN Most Influential Women award recipients and new WIN scholarship winners. The annual WIN Scholarship Walk, scheduled for May 6, will raise funds to support the next generation of collision repair professionals.
A highlight of the event will be the NABC Recycled Rides Gifting, where three restored vehicles will be donated to deserving Florida families in partnership with Caliber Collision, CARSTAR, Crash Champions, Allstate and GEICO.
The conference will conclude with the signature WIN Gala, celebrating women across the industry and recognizing the 2025 recipients of the Most Influential Women (MIW) and Cornerstone awards.

WIN members can take advantage of an early-bird registration rate of $600 if they register by March 1, with prices increasing to $700 thereafter. Non-member registration is available at $750. Single-day passes and Gala Guest passes are also available.
