This year's sponsorship initiative is aimed at attracting, retaining and advancing women in the collision repair industry.

“Sponsoring WIN really means our supporting organizations are taking an active role in developing the talent pool for our entire collision repair industry,” said Jessica Rob, sponsorship chair for WIN and distribution program manager at AkzoNobel Coatings Inc. “We appreciate and thank all our sponsors for their commitment to women in the industry through continued financial, leadership and resource support since our inception.”

The organization, which provides networking and connection opportunities for women in the male-dominated collision industry, announced this year’s sponsorship campaign is vital to the organization’s goal to attract, retain and advance women in the collision repair industry.

“Sponsors of WIN are industry leaders from every collision repair business segment who value the network’s mission of achieving industry sustainability through accessing the talent, skill, mindset, energy and drive of women,” said Cheryl Boswell, former WIN chair and CFO of DCR Systems. “Our sponsors have been a key factor in WIN’s growth and our ability to achieve the strategic initiatives to strengthen our network, resource our industry and expand our capacity.”

Due to the changing workplace landscape and current state of the industry, today’s prospective employees are looking for organizations that offer professional development opportunities and invest in educating their employees beyond the typical benefits package. Sponsoring an organization such as WIN is a great way for employers to use the resources and events WIN offers.

“Through sponsor support we host many events and learning opportunities for our members throughout the year with a focus on three initiatives: scholarships, educational conferences and webinars that resource the industry, and celebrating excellence through high profile recognition programs,” added Rob.

Numerous sponsor level opportunities exist for WIN supporters, with various features and benefits available for all six program tiers:

  • Complimentary one-year memberships
  • Annual education conference passes
  • Event, website and social media platform recognition
  • WIN new member orientation kits

“As a sponsor and partner of the WIN Network, this allows LKQ to provide our members access to all types of education, mentorship and networking opportunities, and also helps meet LKQ’s goals to attract, retain and develop women for leadership in both our organization and within the collision repair industry,” said Amanda Baker, director of employee experience for LKQ.

“As a Platinum Sponsor of WIN, Enterprise is proud to have several Enterprise members serve on various WIN committees. These leadership roles have helped our female employees gain additional leadership and network with their peers,” said Cindy Reeves, Enterprise Holdings vice president of Replacement and Leisure Division.

“Our WIN sponsorship has absolutely helped us at Driven Brands to really gain partnerships by creating this network of incredible women and leaders with our peers in the industry, our insurance partners, our suppliers and people we do business with every day,” said Hannah Whitesides, SVP of marketing for Driven Brands Paint, Collision and Glass, and WIN Board of Directors member. “It’s now creating this network of incredible women, incredible leaders that has benefitted us by expanding our footprint in the industry, deepening our relationships and our partnerships overall.”
