The 2025 Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference promises to empower and educate professionals across the automotive industry with its theme, “Navigating the Road Ahead.” The annual event, organized by Women in Auto Care, a community within the Auto Care Association, will take place Feb. 18-20, 2025, at The Starling, a Curio Collection by Hilton, in Atlanta, GA.
The conference’s keynote speaker is Claudia St. John, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, an acclaimed author and founder of The Workplace Advisors. Known for her expertise in talent acquisition, engagement and retention, St. John will offer attendees evidence-based insights to navigate the changing workforce landscape.
Additional conference highlights include a networking dinner, an interactive Open Spaces session, and panels discussing key topics like customer success and staying competitive in the aftermarket ecosystem. Attendees can also participate in breakout sessions on “Finding Your Voice in Uncomfortable Situations” and “Emotional Intelligence,” as well as lightning talks offering practical tips for navigating hybrid workplaces and advancing careers.
Elle Lawhead, chair of Women in Auto Care, emphasized the organization’s mission to support professionals at all levels.
“We are excited to double down on our mission in Atlanta, where our 2025 Women in Auto Care Conference will be held. Here, we will educate all automotive professionals from those in manufacturing to the shop by focusing on industry-driven insights like consumer trends and evolving vehicle technology,” Lawhead said.
The event also includes a fundraising gala on Feb. 19 to benefit the Women in Auto Care scholarship program, which awards cash and tools to young women entering the automotive industry. Since 2012, Women in Auto Care conferences have been accredited by Northwood University, and attendees are eligible to earn continuing education units (CEU) toward their Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) or Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) designations.
