Quality Collision Group (QCG) has appointed Brian Nichols as its chief development officer (CDO), placing the seasoned industry expert with more than three decades of experience at the helm of the company's future mergers and acquisitions.
Nichols, who joined QCG in early 2024 following the sale of Cascade Collision Repair to the group, quickly ascended from VP of operations to VP of mergers and acquisitions. He has seen a rapid rise within the company due to his significant contributions and a keen insight into the industry’s dynamics.
As the newly appointed CDO, Nichols is set to steer QCG through its next phase of growth.
“Brian has been able to exceed expectations since joining the company earlier this year," said Jerod Guerin, CEO and founder of QCG. "He has continued to grow outside of his position and reinforced the values he has to offer in the growth of our brands.”
In his new role, Nichols will oversee all aspects of future mergers and acquisitions, crucial for QCG’s expansion strategy. His background as a former co-owner and operator provides him with a unique perspective, essential for identifying and integrating potential acquisitions effectively.
“I am looking forward to increasing my part in the success of QCG, as I have personally experienced when joining the team through Cascade Collision Repair," said Nichols. "Understanding this perspective assists in future acquisitions for our company, and I am excited to further my journey here at the company.”
