John Banh joined the network in 2021 with a location in Huntington Beach, CA, and now owns four facilities across the region.
John Banh, owner of four Fix Auto USA collision repair locations throughout Southern California, was named the Fix Auto USA Rookie of the Year for 2023.
Banh is part of the fabric of the Southern California car culture. When he joined the network in 2021 with the Fix Auto USA North Huntington Beach location, he was embraced by the local car community. He has since seen impressive growth, now owning four Fix Auto USA locations.
The Rookie of the Year award is given in recognition to a new Fix Auto USA franchisee as it gets “up and running” with Fix Auto USA. To qualify for the award, a franchisee must be in their first five years with Fix Auto USA, completed Fix Auto USA immersion and enthusiastically embrace the Fix Auto USA culture with active participation.
Banh has grown his operations tremendously since 2021, opening three more stores. In the past two years, he has taken advantage of every learning, coaching and advancement opportunity available. Putting his knowledge and expertise to the test, Banh has plans to continue his growth in 2023.
“We are very honored to receive this award,” said Banh. “We are excited to be a part of the Fix Auto USA family, as they provide us with the support we need and help us see opportunities to continue to grow. We share this award with all our employees who make this achievement possible.”
The awards were presented at a gala held as part of the inaugural Driven Brands U.S. collision repair joint conference, Evolution 2023, Sept. 28-30 in Kissimmee, FL.
