VETS Indexes announced Crash Champions received the Recognized Employer Award in the 2025 VETS Indexes Employer Awards program. This prestigious honor stems from the organization’s strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing and supporting veterans and the military-connected community.
“Crash Champions has demonstrated outstanding support for veterans and the military-connected community, earning the Recognized Employer Award as a result,” said George Altman, president of VETS Indexes. “Even as more organizations begin to recognize the uniquely valuable skills that veterans bring as employees, the efforts of Crash Champions to recruit, retain, develop and support those who served -- as well as their families -- stand out from the pack. Congratulations to Crash Champions for its remarkable progress in creating a workplace that empowers veterans to advance their careers.”
This year, a record total of 349 organizations completed and submitted surveys for the VETS Indexes Employer Awards. Of those participants, VETS Indexes recognized 294 organizations across the following award levels: 5 Star Employer, 4 Star Employer, 3 Star Employer and Recognized Employer. Only those that demonstrated a strong commitment to veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and military spouses made the cut. Companies of all sizes participated, including government agencies and departments, nonprofit groups, colleges and universities.
“Crash Champions is tremendously motivated to hire those who have served our country, and it is a tremendous honor to receive such esteemed recognition,” said Matt Ebert, Crash Champions founder and CEO. “As an organization, we recognize and value the knowledge, skillsets, discipline and grit that veterans possess, which are second to none. As the Crash Champions team continues to expand across the country, so too will our focus on recruiting and retaining America’s veterans.”
