Police charged a man with attempted homicide after he struck another man with a machete multiple times, after getting into an argument at an auto repair shop in Hamilton Township, NJ.
According to News 12 New Jersey, police said Nicholas Schiarretti hit the other man with the machete April 24 at American Auto Repair & Performance Center. It was not reported why Schiarretti was at the shop.
Police said the victim was taken to the hospital for treatment and is recovering.
Schiarretti fled but later turned himself in.
