Among its many other functions to support women in collision repair, WIN raises money for its scholarship fund.

The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has reintroduced its successful Pay It Forward campaign, providing an impactful platform for advancing women at various career stages within the collision repair industry. Through the generosity of members and industry sponsors, WIN is extending a limited number of complimentary one-year memberships to those new to or currently unaffiliated with the industry.

This initiative is designed to bolster the network’s commitment to nurturing female talent in a predominantly male industry by facilitating access to education, mentoring and leadership development opportunities.

According to Cindy Reeves and Tricia Benz, to co-chairs of the WIN Membership Pay It Forward Sub Committee, "WIN offers education, mentoring and leadership development opportunities to build critical skills for success in the collision repair market. This not only benefits the individual, but what they bring back to their organizations, and then assists the overall industry as well.”

Participants in the Pay It Forward campaign can either directly nominate someone to receive a membership or contribute to the "WIN Pick" fund, which allows the organization to allocate memberships.

Who Can Receive a WIN Pay It Forward Membership?

Those eligible include:

• Those who are new to the industry
• Those not currently employed but actively seeking a role in the industry
• Those working as a collision repair program instructor
• First time applicants without company sponsorship

Beyond membership, WIN provides an array of developmental tools. It hosts an annual conference and a series of webinars focusing on pertinent industry topics such as ADAS, estimating and electric vehicle repairs, as well as finance, leadership and personal growth skills.

Moreover, WIN also emphasizes the power of networking. It organizes regional meet-ups and offers numerous committee opportunities, promoting both team-building and leadership skills among professional women in collision repair.
